The entire vibrator is 5" long, with 3.75" of that being insertable. This isn't that big, but as it's designed primarily to be a discreet clitoral vibrator I feel it's acceptable.
Unscrewing the base reveals the battery compartment for 1 x AA battery. At the base is a small push button with a number '3' printed on it. I was curious at first what this was, and after looking at the other sex toys from the Pirates range it appears this indicates the different settings, in this case the levels of power available. The different levels of vibrations are selected by pushing the button to cycle through them - mild, medium, strong and off. I thought that only having 1 battery to power it would mean this vibrator would be weak, but it's surprisingly strong, especially on the highest setting. But with this power comes quite a lot of noise. It's still audible from under bedsheets, but fortunately not from outside of the room.
The packaging suggests that this vibrator is waterproof, I've got it wet whilst cleaning, however it looks like it probably wouldn't survive being completely submerged in water for any length of time. This may just be me being overly cautious and afraid of maybe breaking it though!
As I said earlier, this toy is very easy to clean. Warm water and soap is all that's needed although, as previously mentioned, I wouldn't submerge it completely.
As for storage, it's all taken care of. Sasha Grey's Hidden Pleasure Vibe comes with it's own treasure chest. A plastic box lined with a silky material to keep your toy safe and clean.
