Mia is made from hard ABS plastic which is very smooth to the touch and delightfully slick when lubricated. It’s buttons are made of soft silicone, as such it should not be used with silicone based lubricant. The only seam is where the USB charging end slides off, with the cap pushed firmly closed this seam can barely be felt during use.
Mia is 4.5 inches long and about 1 inch around. It looks exactly like a USB flash drive or lipstick and when in use is almost silent making this one of the most discreet vibrators I’ve ever had the pleasure of using.

It’s quietness is not reflected in the power given out though. The Mia packs a deceptively strong vibration with multiple settings. The control panel consists of a ‘+’ and ‘-’ button which lets you increase from a subtle to strong vibration and choose from 3 different patterns. Holding both buttons down for 5 seconds switches it off and locks it so it can’t be accidentally activated during storage or travel. To unlock do the same, holding both buttons down until a red LED under the buttons comes on. This light also indicates when the battery power is running down and flashes whilst being charged.
Cleaning is simple. Being non-porous plastic means a simple wipe down with a damp cloth or toy cleaning wipe is sufficient.
My experience with the Lelo Mia was wonderful. The vibrations run the entire length of the toy, not just the tip, although the tip is where there’s most most power. It’s perfect as a clitoral vibrator or for nipple play and teasing.
The Lelo Mia ticks all the boxes with regards to style, discreetness, usability and performance. This makes the Mia one of my favorite vibrators I’ve had the pleasure of reviewing.
