The Kinklab Spreader Bar is very simple to use. We used the cuffs from the Kinklab Submissive Bondage Kit with two small snap hooks to attach them to the bar. We fastened the cuffs around my ankles and started off with the bar at it’s minimum length. The minimum length of 25 inches really isn’t as long as it seems and I found that I could have the bar at almost it’s maximum length and still feel comfortable, completely helpless with my legs spread wide, but comfortable.
I was initially concerned that the metal pins holding the bar together looked like they could fall out pretty easily, but after considerable struggling around it was clear they weren’t going anywhere. Once fixed together this bar is very sturdy.
My first experience with this was unreal, my partner spread my legs nice and wide then got to work with the Hitachi Magic Wand. No matter how hard I tried to close my legs or touch my knees together as I came closer to orgasm there was no give in this bar at all. Totally helpless at the hand of my partner and his relentlessly powerful sex toy.
For someone whose never used a spreader bar like I hadn’t, I would recommend the Kinklab Adjustable Spreader Bar without a shadow of a doubt. It’s extremely well made and functions exactly how I had hoped.
